Why don't you just ask the AI about my clinic by name?
Because that always returns a mention and tells you nothing. The question that matters is whether you come up when someone asks for a clinic like yours without knowing your name.
What does a low score mean?
That assistants recommend other clinics for the questions your patients ask. The report lists which ones, so you can see who's winning those answers today.
Do the answers change between runs?
Yes — AI assistants aren't deterministic, so expect the score to move a few points run to run. The pattern (which questions you appear in, who else gets named) is the stable, useful signal.
