By accessing or using getclinads.com (the "Site") or any related services we provide, including booking an intro call ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

The Site and Services are operated by 18-17-12, Inc., a California corporation doing business as ClinAds and Clinsight ("ClinAds," "we," "us"). You can reach us at team@getclinads.com.

3. What we provide

The Site is informational. It describes the ClinAds product, provides educational content about clinic marketing, and lets you book an intro call. Booking a call does not constitute a contract for any paid product or service. Pricing, scope, and any commercial terms are agreed separately if you choose to become a customer.

4. Your responsibilities

When using the Site or booking an intro call, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information about yourself and your clinic
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
• Not scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, ad creatives shown in the gallery, code, and design, is owned by 18-17-12, Inc. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no license to use any of this content other than to view it on the Site as a visitor.

The "ClinAds" and "Clinsight" names and logos are trademarks of 18-17-12, Inc. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (including LinkedIn, Cal.com, and others). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
