- team@getclinads.com. Include the clinic name on the account and, if it is about a specific campaign, the channel it runs on. Nothing publishes without your approval, so a campaign question is never urgent in the sense of something already live that you did not sign off.
- Free tools, API and technical questions
- team@clinsight.ai. The free clinic ad tools need no signup and the public API needs no key, so most technical questions are answered by the developer docs or the OpenAPI description before an email is needed.

The company behind ClinAds
ClinAds is a product of Clinsight, operated by 18-17-12, Inc. We work with dental, dermatology, med spa, optometry, veterinary, chiropractic and physical therapy, urgent care and multi-location (DSO) practices, primarily in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. The team is remote; there is no walk-in office, which is why every route above is email or a scheduled call rather than a front desk.
