One does everything. One does one thing.
Can AI understand aesthetic treatments? Ask for Botox and ask for laser hair removal, and an assistant should not give the same answer.
Watch the walkthrough, or open it on YouTube.
A patient types laser hair removal near me, and what does it cost. Two brands compete for that click. Milan Laser does laser hair removal and nothing else, across 410+ clinics in 38 states by its own count. Ideal Image does laser hair removal too, alongside Botox, CoolSculpting, fillers and skin treatments.
Ask an assistant for Botox and ask it for laser hair removal, and it should not give the same answer. That only works if the pages say which treatments belong to which brand.

Two businesses, one search
Both appear for “laser hair removal near me”. Only one of them should appear for “Botox near me”. The risk is not that an assistant misses them. It is that it recommends the wrong one, because nothing on the page tells it which treatments each brand offers.

Milan says what it does in line one
Milan’s llms.txt, the note it writes for AI engines, is short, written by a person and built for machines. It states the single service, the number of clinics, and which page answers which kind of question.

## Core facts · ## Source-of-truth pagesNine words in, an assistant already knows what Milan is for, and what it is not for.

And every clinic page carries the answers in its data
We read 30 Milan clinic pages at random, before JavaScript. Every one carried a medical listing with the treatment, the price band, the hours, the map pin, the star rating and an FAQ block, so an assistant can answer without guessing from prose.

Ideal Image could not be opened by any automated reader
We tried seven routes on 7 October 2026, including a real browser on a US home connection. All were refused, while Google shows the pages indexed and ranking normally. The door opens for some machines and not others.

direct request → TLS connection dropped
two reader services → refused
real browser, US residential → connection interrupted
Google → pages indexed and ranking normallySo we make no claims about what Ideal Image’s pages contain. We are reporting what an ordinary machine gets when it knocks: nothing.

The brand whose pages explain themselves gets recommended
To answer “where should I go for this treatment”, an assistant has to match three things: the treatment, the place and the way to book. Milan has written all three in a form a machine can lift. A broad brand has more to explain, not less: every treatment needs its own page, its own service field and its own link to the locations that offer it.

Five things any clinic can copy this week
- Write the treatment into the listing, not only the headline.
- Put a price band on the page, so an assistant can answer “what does it cost”.
- Publish your rating where a machine can quote it.
- Answer the five questions patients ask, in a marked-up FAQ.
- List every location in your sitemap, and say in one llms.txt file what you do.
None of this is a redesign. It is about a day of work on a site that already exists: writing down what you already know about your clinic, in the place a machine looks.
Why this matters to a clinic
If AI cannot tell what you treat, it recommends someone else. Say what you treat, where you treat it and how to book, in words and in code.
- We search for your clinic the way a patient would. Your city and your competitors, on Google and on the AI assistants.
- You get the gaps in plain sentences. One list you can hand to whoever runs your website.
- It takes a day. No commitment, no cost.
