Performance Marketer (US)
ClinAds is an AI-first growth platform helping healthcare practices get discovered and recommended across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI and search platforms.
We're looking for a Performance Marketer to run and scale paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for the US market.
Key responsibilities
- Run and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Plan and scale campaigns for the US market
- Manage ad budgets and improve CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking
- Report on campaign results and recommend next steps
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with the US market
- Proven track record of delivering results from paid campaigns
- Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and English communication skills
- Healthcare or clinic experience is a plus
