Growth & Outbound Intern
ClinAds is an AI-first growth platform helping healthcare practices get discovered and recommended across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI and search platforms.
We're looking for a Growth & Outbound Intern to work closely with the founding team and help us grow our customer pipeline.
What you'll work on
- Identify and build lists of prospective healthcare practices
- Run outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn
- Research decision-makers and generate qualified leads
- Experiment with new customer acquisition channels
- Help automate outbound and lead-generation workflows
- Automate and manage social media posting and engagement
- Track outreach performance and continuously improve messaging
Who we're looking for
- Scrappy, fast-moving, and comfortable figuring things out independently
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Interested in startups, AI, growth, or sales
- Comfortable using AI tools and learning new software quickly
- Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Make/Zapier, or social media automation is a plus
You'll get hands-on experience building growth systems at an early-stage AI startup and work directly with the founders.
