What does this actually check?

HTTPS, robots.txt rules for AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended), X-Robots-Tag headers, the robots meta tag, your sitemap, whether your content is server-rendered, and whether you have clinic structured data.

Why does robots.txt matter for AI?

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini each use named crawlers. If your robots.txt disallows them — often added years ago, or by a plugin default — those assistants can't read your site and will recommend other clinics instead.

Will this change anything on my site?

No. Every check is a read-only HTTP request, the same as any search engine makes. We never log in, submit forms or modify anything.

Why does it say my structured data is missing when I can see rich results?

Some site builders inject JSON-LD with JavaScript. AI crawlers largely don't run JavaScript, so they never see it — we report exactly that case separately, because it's a fixable difference.
