ClinAds is an **AI-first growth platform** helping healthcare practices get discovered and recommended across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI and search platforms.

We're looking for an **SEO & GEO Expert** who deeply understands traditional SEO, local SEO, and the emerging world of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You'll work directly with our team and healthcare practices to improve their visibility across both traditional and AI-powered search.

## What you'll work on

- Build and execute SEO + GEO strategies for healthcare practices

- Improve rankings across Google Search, Google Maps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI platforms

- Perform technical SEO audits and identify high-impact fixes

- Optimize website structure, internal linking, schema, metadata, and on-page content

- Build local SEO strategies for single and multi-location healthcare practices

- Research high-intent keywords and patient search behavior

- Create content strategies designed to rank in search and get cited/recommended by AI models

- Improve entity authority, topical authority, structured data, and AI crawler accessibility

- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to outrank them

- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, AI visibility, and continuously improve performance

## Who we're looking for

- Strong hands-on experience with SEO, preferably across multiple client websites

- Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, and content strategy

- Familiarity with GEO, AEO, AI search optimization, and how LLMs discover and recommend businesses

- Comfortable with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools

- Strong understanding of schema markup and structured data

- Comfortable working with WordPress and modern website stacks

- Analytical and obsessed with measurable ranking improvements

- Scrappy, fast-moving, and comfortable figuring things out independently

- Healthcare or local-business SEO experience is a strong plus

You'll work on real healthcare businesses and have the opportunity to help build the SEO/GEO playbook behind a fast-growing AI-first healthcare marketing platform.
